How we work
How a three-person-week build replaces a three-month project.
The honest version
The honest version
We're a small, senior team that ships faster than our size suggests. Here's how - no buzzwords.
Senior engineers own every build
Architecture, security and quality sit with an experienced engineer from day one - never handed down to juniors billing hours.
Modern tooling, human judgment
We use the best modern tooling - including AI - to move fast, but every decision that matters (data, security, money, safeguarding) is made and reviewed by a person.
Built in the open
A live staging link from week one and plain-English updates twice a week. You watch it get built.
This isn't a discount trick. It's a structural cost advantage - a small, senior team with modern tooling - and we pass it on, because our clients were priced out under the old economics.
The process
Every project, same shape.
Scope
A workshop (remote, 90 minutes) where we map your workflow and cut scope to what matters. You get a written spec and a clear, tailored quote. If you walk away here, the spec is yours to keep - take it to any agency.
Build in the open
You get a live staging link from week one. Progress updates twice a week, in plain English. You see real software, not Gantt charts.
Handover
Training session for your team, a recorded walkthrough, complete documentation, and transfer of every credential. We're not needed anymore - that's the goal.
Optional support
Monthly plans for updates and fixes. Cancel anytime. Roughly half our clients take one; the other half genuinely don't need it.
Our stack
Published, because we've nothing to hide. Boring, proven, hireable - any competent developer can maintain what we hand over. That's a feature.
Security & compliance defaults
See it for your problem
Twenty minutes tells you whether this approach actually fits what you need.
