How can you be so much cheaper than the agency quotes?

Do I really own everything?
Yes. The code lives in your GitHub, the hosting in your accounts, the data in your database - from day one. Full ownership and a complete handover are included on every project, never an add-on. If we vanished tomorrow, you'd lose nothing.
Is this just AI-generated code?
No. Every build is designed and written by a senior engineer, who is accountable for the architecture, the security and every decision that matters. We build AI systems for a living, which is also why we are careful about where the technology belongs - anything touching money, people or records is decided by a person.
What if I need changes after launch?
You can - or any developer you hire can - because we hand over clean, documented, standard code with no lock-in. Optional monthly support is there if you'd rather keep us on call, but it's a choice, never a ransom.
How is the price really "fixed"?
After a free 20-minute scope we give you one number, and that number is what you pay. If you later ask for more scope, we price it in writing before we build it - so there's never a surprise invoice.
