Run and support

Looked after, once it is live.

Software needs looking after once it is live: updates, backups, the odd small change, and someone who notices when something breaks. In business hours, Monday to Friday, and your accounts stay in your name.

Sound familiar?

Which of these is yours?

"The developer finished and moved on."

Nobody has applied an update since launch day.

"There is a backup somewhere."

Nobody has ever tried restoring it.

"Our assistant has started giving odd answers."

The model changed underneath it, and nobody was watching.

Where to start

One monthly plan, sized to what you run.

A small site starts at £150 a month. An app, a platform or an AI agent is quoted once we have seen it.

Care plan

from £150 a month

Looking after a site or app that is already live, every month.

What is included

  • Updates to the software and everything it depends on, applied and checked.
  • Backups, with a restore actually tested.
  • Monitoring for downtime and errors.
  • Small changes, a little time each month.
  • A monthly note of what was done, what broke and what changed.

When we are there

Business hours, Monday to Friday. A reply within one working day. A studio our size cannot honestly promise a 3am response, so we do not.

Also

For agents, hosting and steady work.

Agent operations

Watching an AI agent in production: answer quality, running costs, and what happens when the model underneath it changes.

Retained development days

A fixed number of days a month, booked ahead, for steady improvements rather than one big build.

Said plainly

Support without the lock-in.

Business hours, and we mean it

Monday to Friday, with a reply within one working day. If you need round-the-clock cover, we will say so on the first call rather than promise what a studio our size cannot keep.

Your accounts stay yours

Hosting, domain and code stay in your name, paid by you to the provider. The care plan looks after them. It never takes them over.

Running costs in the open

Every month you see what was done, and what your hosting and, for an agent, the model cost to run.

Maintenance, not a security service

Updates and monitoring keep software healthy. They are not a security test, and we never sell them as one.

Keep it running.

Tell us what you have and where it lives. You get a straight answer within one working day, including what looking after it would cost.
